2.1.1. Sequential derivation

Sequential derivation is always manual and involves an affix that attaches to the stem. In MORPHOLOGY 2.1.1.1, we briefly discuss a possible agentive suffix, but conclude that NGT does not have such a marker. As for negative affixes, however, we identified a prefix and suffix, and describe these in MORPHOLOGY 2.1.1.2, although we are aware that they are loan elements from Dutch.
