3.1.3.1.2. Non-manual markers in disjunctive coordination

Disjunction in LSC presents the same main non-manual markers as conjunction: body lean/head tilt. In order to distinguish conjunction and disjunction, other non-manual markers such as squinted eyes, furrowed eyebrows and both lips curved down are obligatory. Moreover, in LSC the mouthing /o/โ€˜orโ€™ is very productive. Below we can see an example of these non-manual markers and of a full sentence.
