Attributive adjectives cannot freely appear before or after the noun they modify. If the goal is to put emphasis on the adjective, though, it can be repeated before and after the noun, as in the following example.
yesterday ix red chair red ix1 buy.
‘Yesterday I bought a RED chair.’
